My dear friends Caitlin, Kev, their 6 month old baby Oscar, and their dog, Phoebe, lost everything but each other in the Lahaina fire on August 8th, 2023. They are currently displaced and mourning the loss of their home and cat, Malu. They owned a scuba diving business called Banyan Tree Divers for 10 years. Together with their rock star team of five other instructors (who also lost everything in the fire), they shared the beauty of Maui underwater with many people. Their business also helped spread the message of ocean conservation and local activism. This was their first home. They have opened that home and their hearts to so many of us. They would truly give the shirts off their backs to anyone in need. Please, if you can, help this family get back on their feet!
