My name is Demetrius Clark Jr me and family lost our family home in Lahaina due to the wildfire. The 5 families that lived in the household are completely homeless looking for a place to stay with other loved ones that are residence here on Maui for a temporary time until we can rebuild our house in Lahaina. It is very devastating as our house has been up and built ever since 1975 and for 48 years generations of our family have lived in that house raising their children to become adults. My Grandpa came with his kids from Tonga and built this house for his family to get away from the motherland and start a new life in Hawaii with his kids and grandchildren. Full transparency, I am giving 100% of the donations to my family that are residence of 33 Huea St Lahaina Maui to be able to use the funds for the cleanup of the destruction of the house and also the rebuilding process of the house, new clothes for my newborn nephew and 2-5 year olds clothes as it was all gone with the fire, new shoes and new clothes for the other family members that lost their clothing in the fire as well and also toys for the kids.
