Aloha, I am Charvie Duque. Our residence was in Lahaina on the beautiful island of Maui. A devastating fire has taken away all that we possessed. Our parents dedicated their life savings to secure this cherished home where me and my sister Valerie grew up. This home was so special to us that I decided to bring up my daughter, Charlie Joy, in this beautiful place. This very place holds countless wonderful memories, photographs, family photo albums and cherished items, all now lost to the flames.
Even the images of my late father Cesar, but many of you remembered him as Charlie, have been consumed, as well as his iconic guitar.
