Rachel and Pamela have lived in lahaina their entire life. Pamela worked while Rachel went to to school as a long girl. Over the years Pamela has gotten very sick. Rachel recently moved back to Lahaina to take care of her sick mother. Months later the fires happened, burning everything they have ever worked for.

Their home was taken their jobs and all belonging and medical equipment for Pamela. They escaped the flames with the clothes on their back we are lucky they are alive but need help to get on their feet and help so Rachel can continue to care for her mother.
