My name is Branden Aoki and I am from Lahaina, Hawaii. I am fundraising for my mom and stepdad, Helene Kauhaahaa-Pali and Eric Pali. On August 8, 2023, a fire swept through Lahaina town and burnt down my mom’s home which my great-grandparents built many years ago. They have lost everything. They left their house on fire and had no time to collect anything except the clothes on their back and vehicles. With this fundraiser, my mom and stepdad will use it to rebuild their home and use it for day-to-day expenses while getting back on their feet. The pictures below are of their house now and a family picture taken just 3 weeks ago while on a family vacation visiting them.
