I’m fundraising for my brother, Jude Howard. He and his partner, Cherie, have both lost their Lahaina homes in one of the Maui fires currently raging. They lived in the neighborhood off of Lahainaluna Road, which overlooks old Lahaina. My brother is a contractor and in addition to both their homes and all of their belongings, he also lost his work trailer and all of his tools in the fire. This is the only way he has to make a living and provide for his family and to rebuild their homes. Any funds raised will go to immediate financial needs (food, clothes, etc) and the rest for replacing my brothers tools so he can get back to work and also rebuild their homes. While we don’t know what the full cost of that will be, this is a starting place for them.
