Hello, I am Leonid Limun and am organizing this fundraiser for my sister Faina Limun Buemio and her family, who have recently lost their home and all of their belongings in the Lahaina fire in Maui. I am very thankful that they are safe but am deeply saddened that they have lost everything in the fire, everything they’ve been working very hard for in the past few years after immigrating to the US. My sister and her husband worked 2-3 jobs each at a time just to keep up with the high cost of living in Maui while raising 3 of their children. But now, they have to start all over again. They need assistance for food, clothes, and hopefully another place to call home.
