Anyone who lives in Lahaina and has a long genealogy there know Aunty Louella Haia. She’s everyone’s Aunty/Mommy. The day of the fire a tree fell down taking along a utility pole with it blocking their driveway as the flames were roaring across the street. They were able to get out with help of family and freinds just in time. Aunty Louella is a caretaker of her brother Charles Haia and he is disabled and blind. I know times are tough and many need aid, but these are the most generous people.
