Stephanie & Phil have called Maui home for 20+ years. They have built a beautiful life as proud parents to two young kids, proud owners of two small businesses, Swell Life Shop, a boutique located in one of the resorts on the West Side and Enjoy the Ride, a cycle studio in Lahaina. They are also active members in their community serving with Harvest Kumulani Church, Na Hoaloha and Maui County & Community Boards.The fire destroyed their cycle studio with only small remains of what used to be bicycles. The Swell Life Shop was not in the fire path but is currently closed indefinitely.

The livelihood of the shop, like so many other small businesses on the island, is based on tourism. They have opened up their home to friends who lost everything and for relief workers contributing to the Lāhainā community. This Ohana is humbly asking for monetary support as they begin rebuilding their lives. With no source of income, however business and home expenses still piling up they will need this help over the next few months as they figure out how to rebuild.
