My name is ‘Iwalani Worthington-Yagi and my husband is Hoʻopani Yagi. I am starting this fundraiser for my husband’s classmates who are in the Maui police recruit class and have lost their homes due to the fire in Lahaina. As you may or may not know joining the police force takes a lot of courage, compassion, and aloha for your community. Recruit Rosales and Recruit Nebrida have joined the Maui Police Department for the love of their community in wanting to keep their communities and ‘ohana’s safe. Now they need our help, support, pule, and aloha during these difficult times to keep their ‘ohana’s safe and healthy. All donations from this page will be going directly to these families.
