For over 20 years, Juan has been happily serving the most delicious food in his restaurant in the beautiful historical town Lahaina becoming one of the most popular eating spots for locals and tourists. Unfortunately, Penne Pasta Cafe is no longer standing after the devastating fire that burned the bulding down to ashes along with most of the beautiful Old Town of Lahaina. Uncle Juan, as the children from school call him, is my older brother and is the most hard working man I know, with a beautiful heart and always giving back to the community, or his Ohana as he would say.
