Vanessa Lokan is submitting on behalf of her father, Vernon Medeiros. He has lived in Lahaina all his life, proud ‘83 graduate of Lahainaluna. Growing up in Lahaina, whenever we were out and about it seemed like he never everybody. Anyone he spoke to he would tell me the connection – family, classmate, old co-worker. He loves his town and our people.

He lost his home at Spinnaker Apartments. We lived there for over 30 years and it was my home base whenever I returned home. Please help us rebuild what was lost. Mahalo
